Shipping

Shipping in Colombia

Our shipments in Colombia are made through the logistics operator Coordinadora.
We offer free shipping to all Colombia for purchases starting at COP $200.000, for purchases of lesser amounts will have a value of COP $12.500.
Delivery time for products in stock can vary between 1 and 5 business days and Pre-Order products will take 15 business days to be shipped to any municipality in Colombia. Orders processed before 3 pm Colombia time will be shipped the same day.
Sara and Flora cannot be held responsible for delays in the hands of third parties.

International Shipments

Our international shipments are handled by DHL Express.
We offer free shipping for international orders of USD $200 or more. For purchases under this amount, the shipping cost will be USD $20.
Delivery time can take from 4 to 12 business days to anywhere in the world.
Sara and Flora cannot be held responsible for delays in the hands of third parties.

Returns

Returns and exchanges

Refund or exchange requests are accepted for items that are returned unused and in perfect condition within 10 days from the date of receipt.

To resolve any return write us at [email protected] with subject “return” and the reasons for the return. It is important that you send us photos of the product and the purchase order. We will contact you within 2 working days.

We do not receive returns without prior notice.

Remember that shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer for any non-warranty returns.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Any discount applied for a required minimum purchase may not be applicable after the return or withdrawal of any item from the order. For discounts that are applicable to a second and/or subsequent items, the discount will be revoked/decreased for partial returns and the unreturned item will be charged at its original value for refund purposes.

Refunds will be processed through the original means of payment within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Warranties

We are 100% committed to your satisfaction, that’s why every shipment is hand-checked by our team to make sure you get the best. Although we make every effort to make sure everything is perfect, sometimes things happen. If you discover a defect in the items you received please contact us immediately.

To resolve any warranty issue please write to us at [email protected] with subject “warranty”. It is important that you send us photos of the defective product and the purchase order. We will contact you within 2 working days.

Our parts are guaranteed for 3 months. It applies from the date of delivery for web orders, or the date of purchase for parts purchased from authorized distributors. The repair does not have any cost as long as:

You present the receipt or purchase order and it has not exceeded 3 months of validity.

Damage is not caused by uses that promote wear of parts.

The parts have not been modified or altered by a third party.

Remember that we do not receive returns without prior notice.

Maintenance

As we know that a Sara and Flora jewel never goes out of style, we offer a maintenance service so that you can continue to enjoy them!
Your piece will lose its gold tone over time, we want you to keep using it for many more years, so we offer the service of cleaning and gold plating of your Sara & Flora.
Maintenance has an additional cost that varies depending on the complexity and size of the part.
