While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received please contact us right away.
To solve any warranty please email us at [email protected] with subject “warranty”. Its important that you send us detailed photos of the faulty item(s) and proof of purchase. We’ll respond within the next 2 business days.
Our products come with a 3 month warranty, counting from the moment you recieve your package for online orders or the date of purchase for products bought at our authorized resellers. The repair has no cost as long as:
Proof of purchase is provided and the 3 month warranty term hasn’t expired.
Faults are not caused by any use that could promote wear or tear of the products.
Products haven’t been modified or altered by any third party.

Maintenance service fees vary depending on the size and complexity of the pieces.
